Prerequisites

  • Private (with 200 hours flight time) or Commercial Pilot Licence Aeroplane
  • Multi Engine Rating
  • 50 hours PIC cross country
  • Minimum of 25 hours instrument training (no more than 10 hours in FTD or Sim)
  • Successfully Completed INRAT 

Includes

  • 11.5 hours flying (10 hours dual, 1.5 pilot in command on Piper Seminole)
  • 5 hours preparatory ground instruction

Earning your Multi Engine Rating and Instrument Flight Rating (IFR) on our five Piper Seminole twin engine aircraft and two full motion Redbird FMX Flight Training Devices can be the next big steps toward your aviation career.

Recreational Pilot Permit

flight training is done at your pace and on your schedule

Private and Recreational flight training is available all year round, during daylight hours and in decent (VFR) weather. The school has fourteen aircraft in the fleet, including nine single engine aircraft: the two seat Cessna 150 and four seat Cessna 172. This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.

Includes

  • 25 hour Total Flight Training including a minimum of 5 hours solo (flying by yourself)  and 15 hours dual (flying with an instructor)
  • 8 hours preparatory ground briefing
  • Pilot Examiner’s Fee

Private Pilot Course
